Transcendental Meditation (TM) - Maharishi Mahesh Yogi - Inner Void
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi popularised a form of meditation called Transcendental Meditation (TM) in the 1960s. TM has its roots in ancient Indian philosophy. Mantra meditation is a practise in which a person repeats a word, phrase, or sound silently to themselves.
