the application of Varmam points; and
the application of Varmam points
Observation of Varmam assault signs and symptoms.
Techniques for releasing Varmam that has been affected (Ilakku Murai).
If the patient is unconscious, manipulation of the vital emergency Varmam points (Adankal) is used.
Medications such as nasal drops and ear drops are used.
Herbal remedies and a dietary program are used to treat the condition.
Varmams are the spots in the human body where life energy resides and flows through. Varmam also refers to the areas in the body where breathing energy is stored (Vaakata Nithanam: Verse 31). Varmam is found in nerves, nerve joints, bones, muscles, ligaments, and interior organs throughout the body.
